Respect for Original Work
Effective 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0
Creators should only upload content they own or are authorized to use. Rights holders can report material they believe infringes their rights.
1. Creator responsibility
By publishing on Tiprilo you confirm you have the rights needed to display and sell that content, and that it does not infringe others’ IP or privacy rights.
2. How to report infringement
Email [email protected] or use the Contact form with:
- Your name and contact email
- Description of the work you own
- Exact Tiprilo URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
3. What happens next
We review complete notices, may remove or disable access to material, and may notify the uploader. Repeat or severe infringement can lead to account limits. Counter-notices and appeals can be sent to the same address.
4. EU notice-and-action
Where the Digital Services Act or similar rules apply, we process notices in a timely and non-arbitrary manner and keep records as required.
