1. Who we are

Tiprilo is operated by the Tiprilo team and is available at tiprilo.com and related subdomains (including dash.tiprilo.com). For operator contact details, see Legal and company information.

2. The Tiprilo service

Tiprilo provides creator pages where audiences can discover your work and, when payment features are enabled for your account, send one-time support, join memberships, or purchase eligible digital products. Tiprilo is not a bank, money transmitter, or escrow service, and is not a person-to-person payment app.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Creators must meet Tiprilo policies and any payment-partner eligibility rules.
• We may refuse, suspend, or limit accounts that violate these terms or pose risk.

4. Creator pages and content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Tiprilo a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish what you share and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payments, fees, and payouts

Payment processing is handled by approved payment partners. Card details are collected by the payment partner, not stored by Tiprilo as full card numbers. Platform and processing fees are disclosed before you accept paid support. Payout timing depends on verification, location, and partner schedules. See Pricing and the Creator Payment Terms.

6. Supporters and purchases

Supporters should only send support related to a creator’s work. Memberships renew until cancelled according to the checkout terms. Digital purchases are delivered electronically; consumer rights (including withdrawal rights where they apply) are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use and enforcement

Fraud, restricted content, harassment, and other prohibited activity are not allowed. We may remove content, limit features, or close accounts. Serious issues may be reported to payment partners or authorities when required.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Tiprilo is provided with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, creator–supporter disputes outside our control, or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Tiprilo evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
