Creator Payment Terms
Effective 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply when you activate payment features on Tiprilo and accept support, memberships, or digital product purchases through the platform.
1. Roles
Tiprilo provides the platform and connects you to approved payment partners. Depending on the approved setup, you or Tiprilo may be identified as seller of record for specific flows. Checkout will show the relevant party and fees before a supporter pays.
2. Onboarding and verification
Before receiving payouts you must complete identity and eligibility checks required by Tiprilo and the payment partner. We may pause payments if information is incomplete, outdated, or high-risk.
3. Your responsibilities
- Offer only eligible products and support related to your work.
- Describe offerings accurately and deliver digital goods as promised.
- Comply with tax, consumer, and advertising rules that apply to you.
- Respond to supporter questions and cooperate on refunds or disputes.
4. Fees, refunds, and chargebacks
Platform and processing fees are deducted from eligible payments as disclosed. Refunds, disputes, and network fees may reduce balances or create amounts owed. See the Refund Policy.
5. Payouts and reserves
Available balances and payout schedules come from the payment partner. Holds or reserves may apply during reviews. Tiprilo does not invent available balances from gross sales alone.
6. Suspension
We may disable checkout or payouts for policy, risk, or legal reasons. You can contact support to understand next steps.
