Refunds, Purchases, and Billing Questions

Effective 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This page explains how to raise a payment concern and how Tiprilo reviews requests for one-time support, memberships, and digital purchases.

1. Start with the right path

  • One-time support — usually a voluntary contribution to a creator. Contact the creator first when possible, then Tiprilo support if needed.
  • Memberships — cancel future renewals from your account settings. Past periods may remain accessible according to the membership terms. Statutory rights still apply where required.
  • Digital purchases — if a file was not delivered or differs materially from the description, contact the creator and Tiprilo. EU/UK consumers may have withdrawal rights; for digital content those rights can change if you expressly consent to immediate delivery.

2. How to request help

Use Contact and include your email, the creator page URL, approximate date, amount, and what went wrong. Do not send full card numbers.

3. Card disputes

You can also contact your card issuer. Chargebacks are handled with our payment partner and may affect creator balances. Tiprilo cooperates with the process and may request evidence from both sides.

4. Timing

Refunds that are approved appear according to your bank and payment method. Tiprilo cannot guarantee same-day bank credit.
